Mango Lassi

Lassi is like a signature drink in India, every restaurant and food stalls carry lassi. It is very easy to make and tastes divine. Just blend some thick yogurt with sugar or honey, it’s that simple. You can also add lassi and some chopped fruits to a bowl and enjoy. It is always refreshing and energetic.

Ingredients

1 cup of ripen mango or canned pulp or frozen mango

1 cup of Yogurt

Sugar or honey for taste

Prepping,

Blend the chopped mango in a food processor or a blender, use sugar or honey if the mango is not sweet.  Usually mangoes in season have great flavor and sweet.

Now, add thick yogurt  to the mango pure and blend it well.

Enjoy!
